How to put different sidebar on my home,about us,contact us …….pages

I am new to wordpress and recently i got this problem.
I would like to have on every page in my web site different sidebar.(Or different widgets on different pages in my sidebar)
Inside that sidebar i want to put pic for home, other pic for about us and so on…
If i can control that from the admin panel that would be even better.
I am using text widget to insert the pic in to the sidebar.
I there someone who can help me or let me know where i can learn more about it.
