How to: put contents bookmarks at the top of a long article?

Although much of my site will have short posts and one-page “pages”, I am installing a long “page,” reachable via my menu bar, next to About, under the title About Scotch Malt Whisky.

This primer article is 10 Word pages long. I would like to set up a short list at the top that will allow readers to hyper-jump to the various headings in the article.

What is the simplest way of achieving this?
