I went recent on really great blog in therms of content and design as well. And On this blog, the bottom of each post looked like on picture below.
Which as you might agree with me is great post-footer content. Well-placed and most important things included.
Here are my questions:
1.Is there any plugin which allow putting any html/css code of anything I want in post footer of each of my posts. For instance, feedburner codes, adverts code, images …and etc. ( I am asking because I really search hard and only thing I have found so far is
Add Post Footer plugin which is heavy out-dated
2.If there are few plugins for setting up each post-footer content. Is there one ,allowing to insert widgets. Like we got widgets to put in side bar. Let’s say we make a table for post footer(using that plugin) in wysiwyg editor, and in one cell of that table we put some related post widget and in second cell we put widget with adverts. Table let us place each widget as we want it to be displayed below post.
3.If there is no such a plugin allowing to insert widgets in cells of table ,Can that custom post-footer be added just by selecting difrent post template ( which will contain additional content). If that’s solution what is the code for related posts? Am asking because ,as making post template with additional pictures won’t be that difficult, figuring out how related posts code look like is almost impossible task for me….
Thanks in advance for help
You can use an action in your functions.php to add content to a footer. Here is the Codex article:
