Support » Fixing WordPress » How to put an image background on all text widgets?

  • Hi there

I would like to know how to do two things :

    – want to use a background on the text bar title of my widgets
    – want to change the color of e widget top bar text to white

I’m absolutely incompetent in CSS, I ask for your help

I know I have to edit style.css, I’ve searched the net and tried and tried but to no availability

Could you look at my site and tell me the code ? It’s

I m a keen iOS/Mac programmer, happy to help anyone who needs it.

Basically what I want to do its match the widgets top bar, the title bar of the widgets and put the black wood background on it and the letters of the top bar of each widget white.

Please please help. Happy to pay a couple of beers if you come to Lisbon 🙂

[ Please please please do not bump, it’s not permitted here. It’s only been a couple of hours. ]

That sort of work would really benefit from using Firebug to identify the correct CSS rules and a child theme to protect your changes.

I haven’t looked at your WordPress install (see location comment) but most themes are child theme-able without much effort.

    Oh, and don’t bump.
