How to publish pdf for WP-dummies

Hi,
I’m looking for a simple way to publish a pdf file (a work roster) on my wordpress site.

The person uploading the PDF may not be WP savvy, hence I was thinking of posting via email attachment or a specific form they can access.

Any new upload (revision of the roster) can overwrite the previous one.
Ideally the pdf would be displayed (ie embedded) on the page directly, otherwise a link would be created.

Any suggestions from the community would be appreciated!
