How to print textfield and checked box

    Hi,

    In my page I have some checked box that shows or hides some part of the post text content
    and I have few textfield filled by the user.

    How to do, to print all this thing on the pdf ?
    Do I need to modify the template ? If yes, is there a page to learn how to do ?
