How to preview posts on homepage (2011 theme)

    Hello.
    I am using the 2011 theme.
    I would like to have my posts previewed and NOT fully shown on my homepage.
    Right now if you click on ‘Home’ you see every post in full length, one after the other.
    What do I have to do to have a preview of each post instead, with a “More” tag at the end, linking to the post page?
