I'm starting to get alot of spam via the contact form submission page. Is there anything that I can do about that? It started about a week ago and I'm averaging about 30 per day, and the number is increasing.

The key is to use a contact form plugin that uses Akismet and other spam-reducing measures.

You also need to determine whether the spam is coming in via the contact form, or the email address that the contact form has been using. If the email address is already "out" you may need to change the email address and delete the old one so you can start fresh.

You can also blacklist the email domains that are sending the spam using the tools on your web hosting control panel, but you have to be careful about what you blacklist so you don't prevent legitimate users from emailing you.

    Akismet is the best solution.
