    Thank you! We will check into this solution and see if it makes sense to incorporate into a future release so people don’t have to make a code change while accomplishing better deliverability.

    Hi amitkumawat09,

    We went ahead and made a change and pushed version 3.6 of EBD that avoids having “download.php” (or any *.php) in the download links. Also, our changes do not require any Rewrite Rules or any changes to .htaccess. Thanks for bringing this up as a potential issue with email deliverability. Hope this update helps!
