How to prevent content spilling over to next column?

    Needless to say, I like using WordPress and also I am very impressed by activity at this forum because my questions were answered immediately. Good Job Guys ! I have 2 more questions from WordPress experts out there.

    1. How can prevent my content spilling to next sidebars and cause my page to be incredibly wide like this http://www.theblogtribune.com/2005/12/21/nothing/

    I know I can control it somewhat by entering shorter lines when I submit my post

    2. How do I my text wrap around the image?
