# How to – Post Preview?

 * Hi All,
 * I’m trying to set up my blog so that on the main blog view page, it only shows
   a preview of the whole blog. ie, the first 200 or so chars posts on the main 
   page and you have to click on the blog title to see the entire blog. For reference,
   [http://www.engadget.com/](http://www.engadget.com/) blog posts work exactly 
   the way I’d like mine to work. Can you help? 🙂
 * I’m a newbie and I’m sure it shows! Thanks in advance for your help.

 * Hi Secret Chimp.
 * I use the [Evermore Plugin](http://www.thunderguy.com/semicolon/wordpress/evermore-wordpress-plugin/).
   Works well. I like how you can tell it to show X number of paragraphs, too.
