  • Hello, I’m looking to point a second domain I added to a specific WordPress page on my main domain.

I’ve added the 2nd domain as an add-on domain and pointed the document root folder to my main WordPress site.

I know I can use redirect but I don’t want the browser URL title to change.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Well, my idea was to map the domain to the whole site, choose a setting that allows both the original and the mapped to work (so the original does not redirect to the mapped one) and then use htaccess code to redirect everything from the mapped domain to the original except this page. BUT it seems that the domain mapping plugins do not even allow domain mapping on the main network site, and you say you want to do it on the main site right?

Another think to try is this (but keep in mind that this post might not been made for multisite):

There is also a plugin “Multiple Domain Mapping on Single Site” that does this thing but doesn’t seem to work on multisite and it says it on the plugin page that it is not for multisite.
