How to Personalize Gift Certificate View & Print Screens

    In testing how our new Gift Certificate works with your plugin, we’re finding we’re at a loss for a couple of things that begin after one clicks the Buy Gift Certificate (PayPal) button. The next screen offers the person to either send it by email or to print it — looks promising except:

    When you click on the View sample gift certificate it shows your plugin’s certificate with a whole lot of words we’re not interested in using. We have our own instructions on How to redeem the gift certificate. Plus it’s NOT true that someone has to have a PayPal account. PayPal allows people to use their credit cards without signing up for PayPal. And, we would totally delete the Important Terms — none of it applies to us.

    HOW do we make this View Sample look like how we want it?

    Hi Deborah,

    So it turns out that the Sample Gift Certificate text and terms are all controlled by PayPal. It is not possible, even for me as a developer, to change that text, sorry. That is one of the limitation of PayPal.
