Hello,

I purchased the pro edition.

Here ist the problem in my case:
Most products have free shipping above 150€. But some products are that big, that they have to be shipped by freight forwarding. But these products are also expensive and above the 150€ for free shipping. For these products I have to charge am additiona shipping fee.

Now if I use your plugin, the additional product fee is not displayed, if the cost ist over 150€. But I need the additional product fee to be displayed despite of the free shipping.

Can you help with that?

Hello @cvdesign,

On our documentation we don’t have a feature where It can add additional shipping fee above a specific price. This is plugin is just to add PER PRODUCT SHIPPING to each product. please refer to our documentation.

Oh okay, I thought this was possible.

Ist there any chance to get a refund vor the pro version? I don’t need the plugin if this is not supported.

also the free version is the same as the pro. the difference is you can add multiple shipping fee and shipping zone feature.
