You’ll only see that when you’re logged in. Normal visitors won’t see it.

I’m not seeing it. Make sure you’re not logged in to the site.
Edit options are also visible from different web browsers when I am logged in but edit options are not visible from all places when I am logging out.

Yes, that is how it should be. You can edit the site, because you are logged in as someone who can edit the site.
No one else will be able to edit the site, because they are not logged in as someone who can edit the site.
Oooh well now I understand I was checking from same wifi after login so I was looking at this option (same ip address was fetching) but when i check with mobile data it is no longer visible.
