how to obtain the addon-code

when it comes to addons i have a question…

how to obtain an “paid” addon?

After purchasing a plugin you’ll receive a key via email (or you can visit your account page). This key can be activated from your WordPress dashboard’s plugin page. Keys can be deactivated from your account page, and re-activated on another site if needed.

question: do i have to obtain /or get/ the addon via the dasboard?
is this the only way to get the addon?

note: my server does not allow to get plugins through the dashboard.
what can i do – if i am willing to buy a addon?

can i obtain the addon by paying via paypal and receiving the code – eg#
– via email
– or another way of getting it…?
