How to not cache wp-admin/ stuffs

Sometimes when using specific plugin, like this case https://wordpress.org/support/topic/admin-columns-and-redis-cache/ , we need to manually purge the redis cache to see the changes.
Ideally we must not cache anything inside of wp-admin/. How can we create this exception? Is it possible using the current free plugin?
