How to not cache aadmin ajax call

    we are using Ajax call for content from WordPress is to load the page.but the calss are getting Cached.Due to this changes done at the dashboard end taked long to reflect on site

    File used admin-ajax.php

    Parametre used
    action=home_page_jsonp
    userType=1
    callbackMethod=myCallBack

    Please advice
