    Hi. I have installed and set up the plugin, but can not seem to get the form / submission to work.

    My goal is to submit a form with contact details, an image and the location (ideally auto populated; if not, no worries) to an email and HubSpot (CRM).

    Can you please help me with some further instructions? Thanks a lot!
