  • Our blog shows the date the blog post was published next to the title, at the top of the each blog post.

    How can I move the date to the bottom of each blog please?

    Thanks in advance.

    You’ll need to edit the template files to do this and thus will depend on the theme you are using.

    Can you provide a link to your site please?

    Thanks for your quick reply.

    I didn’t include the link in my post as I didn’t want to seem to be spamming. The blog is here: Azam.info/

    In order to move the date, you’ll need to edit the template.
    I can’t find your theme so couldn’t download it, but if you look in the index.php, you should find the default loop.

    Below it, you will find something like this:

    <p class="PostDate">
       --code in here--
     </p>
      <ul class="PostDetails">
       <li class="PostCom"> -- code in here</li>
         </ul>

    I would move both of these to below the title which should look something like:

    <h1 class="title"><?php the_title();?></h1>

    Once you’ve found how to do it in the index.php, look in the single.php and archive.php to get the same result over there.

    You’ve been incredibly helpful. Thanks a million.

    All done.
