How to move text within a list - CSS? (3 posts)

    I am trying to figure out some css code that allows my text (more accurately speaking, my hyperlink) within a list to move up and down. I changed the size of my list container, now the text is below it... Any help would be great! I am pretty new to css and am still trying to figure it out, so be kind :)

    This is what I used to shrink my list container and move it down the page a bit... and here is the website Clowardh2o.com. The problem is up in the top-right corner... (the "Contact Us" text)

    .menu-item-4273 {
    top: 40px;
    height: 50px;
    background-color: blue; /*Colored blue just so I know where it's at/

    Any ideas?

    Wow! That was elegantly stated for a newbie!

    Please provide a site link for CSS support (which, BTW, is not a focus of this forum):

    To discover what CSS is output by your theme, use a web inspection tool such as Firebug: http://getfirebug.com/ , Chrome Inspect Element: https://developers.google.com/chrome-developer-tools/ or Internet Explorer 9+ F12 Dev. Tools: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd565627(v=vs.85).aspx#csstool

    There are others.

    When editing CSS, use a Child Theme
    Custom CSS Plugin, or Theme provide custom CSS option.
    Edits to parent themes are lost on theme update.

    Thanks for the quick response!
    Here is the site link... Or is it? Not sure if this is what you meant...
