How to move Secondary Menu ?

    I am using Free Catch Box theme from the beginning I built my blog. I’ve managed to customize it to how I want it except for one thing. I want to move the secondary menu just above the logo image, so later I will fill with contact page, disclaimer, etc. How do I move it?
