How to? Move registered user from Subscriber to PMPro Level

Greetings,

By default when a new user is registered via PMPro, the default WP Role given is Subscriber.

What I wanted to do is move the subscriber to the PMPro Roles because I have an issue with Nav Roles in filtering the Menu items.

Any input is gladly appreciated
