  • You have activated a plugin that caused this, I’m guessing it’s wp_minify, deactivate this one and check the nav bar if this doesn’t do it … then deactivate all your plugins and reactivate them one by one until you find the one that causes this issue.

    What I noticed was that the #access div is set to display: none

    I just tried deactivating all the plugins but the nav bar still doesn’t appear at the top. What should I do with the #access div?
