How to move Avatar Images above the Submit Button?

    I see that the Images + Notify messages comes after the Submit comment button. How to move Avatar Images above the Submit Button?

    I checked in the file PHP there is function add_action( ‘comment_form’, ‘subscribe_reloaded_show’ );. Maybe I can change the comment_form to something else to put the images Above the Submit button?
