Hello everyone! I am using Jetpack to automatically share my posts on Facebook which works great. The problem is that when you publish on Facebook the URL appears below the extract and it looks very bad, (the url of the post appears between the extract and the image) therefore I want the url not to appear.
Is there any way to remove it from any configuration? And from the plugin code?

    Thank you.

    Hi there,

Publicize works by sending a link for your post, along with either an automated excerpt or a custom message, to Facebook. The excerpt/message and link are posted as a new status update, and then Facebook generates the preview based on the link.

Publicize has to send the link – without a link there’s no way for someone to get back to your post, and no way for Facebook to generate the preview.

There’s no way for Publicize to remove the link after sharing, as that’s something that can only be done directly on Facebook itself, after they’ve generated the link preview on their end. In other words, Publicize only sends the link to Facebook. We have no control over what happens to the link once it gets to Facebook.

The only way to not have the link appear on the final Facebook post, is to share the link there manually instead – then you can delete it from the status update after Facebook has generated the preview, but before you actually post it.

Hi, thanks for the quick response. The truth is that it makes sense. I will delete it manually.
Congratulations on this great plugin (and I only use a small part). Thank you.
