How To Modify Overhead Menus?

I am using WordPress and a theme from Dandyland.org to develop a new site for my iphotosports.com action photography URL. I cannot figure out how to modify the default overhead menus (which all point back to Dandyland by default). Can anyone tell me where the overhead menu code is located? And can quickly supply a current copy of the theme I am using. I have already made some minor tweaks.
