How to modify next form based on value entered in previous form?

    Is it able to decide in form 2 base on value entered in form 1? For example I have to enter number of choosen materials in first step, then in form 2 choose number of items per each of materials and finaly in step/form 3 have to fill in all items’ dimensions and contact information and submit order. Simply I’d like to integrate plain php code from objednavka.narezovecentrum.sk into nice wordpress template.
