[Resolved] How to modify "input" CSS style effectively?

  • Hey,

    thanks very much for your awesome theme! I have one issue with its CSS and I’d like to ask you for help.

    As you can see here, I am trying to place multiple “input” elements into a page and I need them to appear on one line (that is, do not line-break after each element). I would also like to modify font size and the size of the grey button area.

    I’ve tried to work with a “design: inline;” style element but the eventual output remains the same. Your original CSS determining the output of “input” elements seems very complex.

    Can you direct me to a CSS code/position that would allow me to modify these “button” effectively?

    Thanks!
    Bijan

    Hi Bijan,

    The problem appears to be with WordPress automatically inserting <br> tags in between your input elements. See this screenshot.

    Try removing any spaces between the input elements in the WordPress post editor…

    Instead of this:

    <input...>
    <input...>
    <input...>

    Try this:

    <input><input><input>

    Thanks, Raam! That did indeed do the trick!

    Best,
    Bijan
