How to modify Ads by country

    Hi,
    Id like to use Ads by country plugin , but I need to put many ad sizes and types, and in some other places than in just the widget places.
    So my questions are:
    1. Can I add where I want the ads to display manually in theme files, and still have country specific ads?
    2. Are the any other useful plugins like this that I could use for GEO ads?
