How to merge/convert UPLOAD MEDIA photos to NextGen Gallery Plugin

    I have alot of pictures that I uploaded with wordpress to wp-content/uploads/2008/07 and so on. I want to try out this NextGen Gallery plugin but I need to know if it’s possible to merge the pictures onto the NextGen plugin.
