How to merge two WordPress sites?

Hello, I have got two WordPress sites: thecsphere.com and theccapsule.com (Currently offline). They both have their own menu, theme etc, theccapsule.com being the online shop and thecsphere.com the blog.

I now want to merge those two to manage everything from one platform. I do want the main page to be thecsphere.com, with a menu option SHOP linking to theccapsule.com (accessible from thecsphere.com/theccapsule AND theccapsule.com). However, when accessing the link I want it to lead to the menu and theme I currently have on theccapsule.com. Thus like still having 2 sites but merging them together to one only to manage everything through thecsphere account. It is mainly to run my affiliate program through thecsphere.com for both product and editorial content, rather than on 2 accounts. Can anyone help me with this?
