What would be a reasonable technique to measure if the change after using the plugin optimizes the speed of the overall queries in WordPress? Do you have any way to measure this, in order we can compare the BEFORE and AFTER states?

A command-line cmd would be greatly appreciated.

We have the Monitor feature. You can capture a Monitor before changing the keys and another after changing the keys, and compare the monitors. You’ll have to locate similar queries in the two captured monitors.
