You have to be the person who creates the thread
If it’s not your topic or it is not in your sub-forum for a plugin or theme that you author then you can’t mark it resolved.
You can request that the person who opened it does so though.
And if you ARE the person, there’s a checkbox under the text entry field, as well as a dropdown on the sidebar 🙂
Thank you for your prompt reply. But still we want to know if there is any other option to make it happen, since there are many threads which are in “Not resolved” state on ShareThis Plugin Forum page.
Check here – http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/share-this
It looks sort of weird when we take last 2 months report which says 25 threads are opened but only 3 are marked resolved.
You can contact the plugin author to mark resolved the threads that need resolving.

Hope you read my above comments where I have given you the list of whole threads, you can pic any of them.
Still here is on of them – http://wordpress.org/support/topic/facebook-share-function-chooses-blog-header-image?replies=2
Jan can read your comments, but it’s nice to have a direct link to an example thread with the issue – And thanks for providing that
You’re not the plugin author 🙂
You’re not listed there, so you don’t have any access. Your account needs to be added for that.
IF not then how our WordPress Account with username “sharethis” allows us to publish new versions of Plugins?

Can you please help to make our account as “admin”. What’s the procedure?
