How to map Lists to Categories?

Hello,
I feel like there is something missing. I don’t find any way to map the lists created with Email Subscribers to my actual categories, so that when a post with a category is created, an email is sent to people subscribed to the matching list.

From what I’ve seen, there should be a “Post notifications” menu. But there isn’t. Am I missing something?
