    Hi,

    WooCommerce version: 3.5.7
    WordPress version: 5.1.1

Can someone guide me on how to manage this process?

    (Admin)
Create a manual order (or equivalent) from Admin
    Add products
Add Billing Name, Billing email & Billing Country (only information available)
Send some link to customer via email

    (Customer)
    Clicks on link in email
Lands on checkout page replica of existing checkout page
Completes checkout form – Updates complete Address
    Adds optional Order notes
    Pays

    Order seen as Processing

Can anyone recommend any plugin / link to some code snippets / any other suggestion for such a process?

    Thanks a lot!

  • hi,
Well, WooCommerce itself does that as far as i know. Just define email correctly.

Thank you for replying. I am not aware that Woocommerce does this out of box.

Currently, as far as I know the customer is taken to the order-pay page where he can ONLY pay.

He does NOT land on the checkout page where he can update the address and optional order notes.

    Thanks

@koolpal You are correct, this is not possible with WooCommerce out of the box. Either the customer would need to be directed to update their information in their account first, or you would need to have something custom developed for you to allow for them to add/edit their contact information on the Order Pay page.

Due to the age of this thread and it needs custom development, I am marking it as resolved for now.
