How to manager updated

    Hi there
    First thank you for your great plugin.
    The problem i have is that subscribers updated by mail about every comment in the post but it’s not good for me.. I want them to be updated by mail only if someone reply to their comment… How can i change it?

    Hi @adikf

    You’re welcome and thank you for using it.

    In WP admin > StCR > Comment Form, you’ll see an option called Advanced subscription, enable that and then the visitors will be able to choose what they want to subscribe to (all comments or just replies to their comment).

    Thank you.
    What about who already subscribe till now? will he still receive notification for all comments? If yes, can i stop it for them?

    Hi @adikf

    You can bulk update subscription in the plugin.

    Go to WP admin > StCR > Manage subscriptions.

    In there select the checkboxes for the subscriptions you want to changed, then in the “Action” checkbox set it to “Activate and set to notify on replies only” and click the “Update subscriptions” button.

    Hi thank you i see its working.
    The problem is that i have more than 1000 subscribers, so can i check them all at once?

    Hi @adikf

    It’s a limitation by the table system being used. It’s on the to do list to switch to a different system that won’t be limited to 1000 subscriptions.

    Do you have access to the database management (phpMyAdmin most likely), if you do I can send over instructions on how to change them all at once.
