How to manage 2 leagues ?

    You mean 2 competitions? Sure, you can add as many competitions as you want!

    I mean 2 Leagues, One hockey Junior and another for hockey Senior.
    It is possible ?

    Most definitely. Set them up as 2 different competitions. When you add players and teams, you can assign them to the competition (i.e. league) they need to be in.
