Not sure I understand what you are trying to do. Please explain more. What do you mean by category page?
I doing a test page to send you and I have solved my problem by accident. To work properly Zen Menu in category pages all posts included in that category must have the same navigation menu.

Hi, I think what he was trying to do (and I’m trying to do, too), is to have the option to choose the Zen Menu per category archive page. So for example, if I have a category of posts “Shoes” and want a particular custom menu to display whenever that category archive is displayed…
The Zen Menu settings are only available per page or post right now. If you navigate to Posts>Categories, it would be great if you could also choose the menu that will display PER category.
Also, along with that, would be the option to have all posts included in that category retain the menu chosen from the category archive.
So, if category is x then Y menu, and if the post is in X category, then Y menu, too… automatically (with the option to override that per post remaining as it is now).
Thanks for your inquiry AMEEKER. I think I understand what you are after. That is something which would require an entire redesign of the plugin not only in terms of concept, but also in terms of coding, and something I am not at the moment prepared to do.
