How to make visual mode not to change content in text mode?

    1.to edit 5>3 in text mode
    2.to click the visual mode
    3.to click the text mode again

    5>3 changes into 5>3,how to make visual mode not to change content in text mode?

    Hi,

    Many symbols that are used in programming will be converted by Visual Editor to it’s html entity.

    The only way to avoid that is by writing your own shortcode function or find a shortcode plugin that works for you.
