Support » Plugin: WP Support Plus Responsive Ticket System » How to make users register on support page

    Hello,

I’m just testing the free version of the plugin and it looks like it is suitable for my needs however I notice that either my clients must already be registered and logged in to view the support page or I have to enable guests which, without a captcha or some type of security leaves me open to spam.
Is there a way for unregistered users to see the support page and have it prompt them to register to continue?

    Thanks,

    Hello,

You can enable/disable guest tickets, there your guest prompt for login.
You can enable registration and people can register if they don’t have an account.

Also you can set-up facebook login for people to submit ticket.

Above features may not available all in free version. Please check plugin site for more details.

I have anyone can register (role > subscriber) selected in my wordpress general settings.

When I “enable” guest ticket, a non-logged in user can go to my support page and submit a ticket without logging in.

When I “disable” guest ticket a non-logged in user sees a blank page on my support page.

I’d like to make sure this works before i buy the pro version.

    Thanks for your help.

    Hello,

In pro version you will able to see link to login which redirect back to support page after successful login. Also if you set-up facebook login, it will also there even if you disable guest tickets.

    Thanks & Regards,
    Pradeep

don’t buy yet … cause it seem like a lot issue on guest post.
    1. After Guest Post, guest can’t reply nor seeing anything.
    2. Admin will not see guest email, even admin reply but no one can see.
hopefully they solve the issue as they promise in 10 day time.

    Hi sonnycool,

    1. Guest can not see there tickets. But we can setup email piping(Of cource if you have cPanel access)(See blog post on plugin site to setup instructions).
    2. Everybody can see guest/user email while replying via dashboard. We don’t send guest email in email notification. If you setup email piping and reply to email notification, reply will be posted in that thread.
    3. Your issue was ticket creator not getting notifications after posting ticket which was fixed and available in current version(See changelog). We never promised you to fix above issues because we don’t think them as issues.
