How to make two themes unique

    How do you overcome the problem of making two (of the same) theme unique in sub domains?

    For example I’m using the Article Directory Theme in one subdomain and customized it to be color coded it to be all green links etc and the text describing those pages.

    Then when i activate the Article Directory Theme in another sub domain in the Network the default color for the theme should be red links etc and be able to edit other pages stuff ect. But it pulls all the style.css and tweaking of page text and title heading etc from the green colored theme.

    In other words i can’t create two subdomain sites using the same theme. How do you overcome the problem of having the two and being able to build two separate sites using the same theme, keeping both sites unique?
