I was wondering how to make the post title not overlap the image whenever making a post?... most of the images I will use have important details at the bottom of the image (which gets overlapped by the post title)..

I would rather have the post title display below the whole image..

I tried to change in an easy way.
If you directly modify the style.css, it is cleared when updating the theme. So it is recommended you to change it using a sub-theme.
This URL with google translation, the site is Japanese.

To be correct was written in the link that you found out.
    Essence was the same.
It would mean that please to 0px the "Margin-top:-48px" following (there are several) in ". Site-content. Has-post-thumbnail. Entry-header" of style-CSS.
Please try please, I hope that is obtained your satisfaction.
