Hi Master412160,
Thank you for showing interest in our plugin and for the valuable feedback.
At the moment the plugin “plugs” in with the WordPress login page, hence if you use the WordPress login it will be included.
If it is not being included in your custom login page, it might be that the theme you are using is not using the “standard” way of embedding the login form.
I recommend you to get in touch with us on plugins@wpwhitesecurity.com so we can troubleshoot the issue.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
I now set the expiry time to “5 minutes” but it doesn’t seem to work as I get no e-mail or notice to change my password.
This plugin only shows its info on the reset password form?
Hi,
You won’t get any email to change your password. Once the password expires , the next time you login you are prompted to change your password.
Please see my other two tickets created here.
Hi there,
As I explained in the other previous tickets, since you seem to be encountering multiple issues and unfortunately we are failing to understand what problems you are encountering, can you please get in touch with us via email on plugins@wpwhitesecurity.com?
Thank you very much and looking forward to hearing from you.
I did but you have not replied.
Hi,
We can confirm we received your email and are replying soon.
