Captcha plugin is compatible with Woocommerce review form.
Please complete the next steps:
1) Go to the plugin settings page http://{your_site}/wp-admin/admin.php?page=captcha.php or Admin Panel -> BWS PLugins -> Captcha;
2) Mark “Comments form” point in “Enable CAPTCHA for” option;
3) If you’d like to hide captcha block for unregistered users, mark “in Comments form for registered users” point in “Hide CAPTCHA” option;
4) Save changes.

recaptcha shows in blog post reply but in review of product it doesn’t appear.
