How to make the toolbar visible at all times?

    Can someone help! I’m not a pro wordpress user so sorry if this is really obvious…

    When editing a post, my toolbar is visible at the top. But when I add content and fill page with content, I have to scroll all the way back to the top to make any edits (eg, centralise, make bold..).

    It used to provide a mini scroll bar in the box but this has disappeared now. I want my scroll bar back!! Anyone know?
