    Hi,

    I am using the the Primer Child them Stout and would like to make the menu at the top of the page transparent so I can see the entire header pic. How can I do this? Also how can I resize it? I would like the length to be shorter. Any help is much appreciated.

    Thanks

    Hi @bbaz213,

    You can make the menu transparent by adding the following CSS snippet to the ‘Additional CSS’ section of the customizer. You can get there from the dashboard by going to ‘Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS’.

    .site-header-wrapper,
    .main-navigation-container, .main-navigation.open,
    .main-navigation ul ul,
    .main-navigation .sub-menu {
    	background: transparent;
    }

    That should remove the white background from all of the menu items.

    Let us know if that helps out.

    Thanks Evan. That worked.

    Oh Wait. I changed the Font of the Menu because it was too dark for the header image and the background changed back to white.
