    I just recently moved and old site into the easel theme and the main area is a little too thin as some of the images are smashed too small. I was wondering how I might go about making the main area wider? Thank you.

    Ok, this is what I did and it worked.

    1. go to appearance
    2. select editor
    3. select Stylesheet (style.css)
    4. go to #page-wrap {} and underneath put this in place of what default is there: default is width: 780px;
    copy and paste this into the one there:

    body.layout-2cl #page, body.layout-2cr #page{
    width: 980px;

    5. go to #content-wrapper {} and replace defaults with this:

    .narrowcolumn {
    width: 760px;

    body.layout-2cl .narrowcolumn, body.layout-2cr .narrowcolumn {
    width: 760px;

    6. If you want sidebar wider you have to play around with the other two widths above to get them to fit right. I left sidebar same size as 210px;

    Hope this help you!

    P.S. I got my easel them set as two columns with left sidebar only. Default is with two sidebars. So you have to play with it a little more to work with two sidebars maybe.
