• Hi,

I have two issues that I could not resolve even after searching other posts on the forum.

    1. The sub pages are missing from the sidebar Menu. Click here

    2. The appearance of the background on the sidebar seems to have changed as well. It used to be the same colour as the banner above.

This issue came about when I went into the menu settings and tried to add an already existing sub pag “Annual General Meeting” to the parent “General Council”. When I clicked “save” it the background image changed and no subpages would appear when I hovered it.

I’ve already double-checked to see if the Customize Menu is consistent with the saved Menu Structure. What am I missing here?

Does your (apparently custom) theme actually support menus with a depth greater than 1 in this location?

Multiple sub pages were accessible before. I would simply hover over an item, “News and Events” and then the subpages would appear. In fact, under “menu structure”, the organization of the menu remains exactly the same.

I even tried deleting the original item I added, hoping it would somehow revert back to the original, but no luck.

Since the subpages used to be visible with the same theme that is active now, I believe it does support menus with a depth greater than 1.

    Any advice? I’m really stuck.

This sounds like something handled by JavaScript. I would check for JavaScript errors.
