how to make single page quiz

    I am using your superb plugin in my local server now. I have installed plugin successfully and also created questions for it. In front end I can see heading “Quiz”. I want to replace this with Quiz name, but I cant find the option to change this. Second I want all questions come after “Message Displayed Before Quiz” in single page. I have to click next to go to quiz page and I cant see option for this too..
    Any Help will be appreciated

    Thank you for choosing to use this plugin!

    The plugin does not create a header on the front end. Could it be the title of the post or page that the quiz is on? Could you edit the post or page and change the title to see if that header changes?

    If you navigate to the Quiz Options tab on the Quiz Settings page, you will see an option that asks “How many questions per page would you like? (Leave 0 for all questions on one page)” If you change this option to 0, then all the questions will be on one page.
